1. Quy Trình Lắp Ráp Thiết Bị Sơn Cầm Tay / Assembly Procedure for Handheld Spray Equipment

• Chuẩn bị & Kiểm tra / Preparation & Inspection:
  Kiểm tra độ sạch của bình chứa sơn (paint cup), kim phun (fluid needle), béc phun (fluid nozzle) và nắp khí (air cap). Lắp kim phun vào thân súng cùng với lò xo và vặn núm chỉnh sơn phía sau.
  Check the cleanliness of the paint cup, fluid needle, fluid nozzle, and air cap. Insert the fluid needle with its spring into the gun body and tighten the fluid adjusting knob at the rear.
• Lắp Béc Phun & Nắp Khí / Installing Nozzle & Air Cap:
  Vặn béc phun (nozzle) vào đầu súng và dùng cờ-lê chuyên dụng siết vừa đủ chặt. Lắp nắp khí (air cap) ra bên ngoài béc phun và siết tai vặn bằng tay.
  Screw the fluid nozzle into the gun head and tighten securely with a dedicated wrench. Attach the air cap over the nozzle and hand-tighten the ring.
• Lắp Bình Chứa Sơn / Attaching Paint Cup:
  Vặn chặt cốc sơn vào ren nối, đảm bảo gioăng cao su/teflon ở khớp nối còn nguyên vẹn để không bị chảy sơn hoặc hở khí.
  Firmly screw the paint cup onto the fitting, ensuring the rubber/teflon gasket is intact to prevent paint leakage or air loss.
• Kết Nối Nguồn Cấp / Connecting Air Supply:
  Lắp khớp nối nhanh (quick coupler) vào đường cấp khí ở tay cầm. Lắp thêm bộ lọc tách nước/dầu nhỏ gọn ngay dưới tay cầm súng.
  Attach the quick coupler to the air inlet at the handle. Install a mini water/oil separator filter right below the handle for clean air supply.

2. Bộ Phận Chỉnh Gió / Air Adjusting Valve

• Vị trí / Location: Nằm ở đáy tay cầm hoặc bên hông phía sau thân súng.
  Located at the base of the handle or on the rear side of the gun body.
• Chức năng / Function: Điều chỉnh áp lực và lưu lượng khí nén đi vào súng.
  Adjusts the pressure and airflow entering the spray gun.
• Kỹ thuật điều chỉnh / Adjustment Technique:
  • Vặn vào (theo chiều kim đồng hồ) / Clockwise: Giảm lượng khí / áp lực khí (Decreases airflow / air pressure).
  • Vặn ra (ngược chiều kim đồng hồ) / Counter-clockwise: Tăng lượng khí / áp lực khí (Increases airflow / air pressure).
• Lưu ý / Technical Note:
  Áp suất quá cao gây lãng phí sơn và tạo bụi sơn; áp suất quá thấp làm sơn bị sần da cam (orange peel).
  Excessive pressure causes paint waste and overspray; too low pressure results in an orange peel finish.

3. Bộ Phận Chỉnh Lưu Lượng Sơn / Fluid Adjusting Knob

• Vị trí / Location: Nằm ở đuôi súng, ngay sau hành trình của kim phun.
  Located at the rear of the gun, controlling the fluid needle movement.
• Chức năng / Function: Giới hạn khoảng lùi của kim phun, kiểm soát lượng sơn chảy ra.
  Limits the needle travel distance to control the paint discharge volume.
• Kỹ thuật điều chỉnh / Adjustment Technique:
  • Vặn vào / Clockwise: Kim lùi ít $\rightarrow$ Sơn ra ít (Less needle travel $\rightarrow$ Reduced paint volume).
  • Vặn ra / Counter-clockwise: Kim lùi nhiều $\rightarrow$ Sơn ra nhiều (More needle travel $\rightarrow$ Increased paint volume).
• Mẹo vận hành / Pro Tip:
  Xả núm ra khoảng 2 – 2.5 vòng làm chuẩn ban đầu.
  Unscrew the knob about 2 – 2.5 turns as an initial benchmark.

4. Bộ Phận Chỉnh Góc / Tia Phun / Pattern Control Valve

• Vị trí / Location: Nằm bên hông hoặc phía trên núm chỉnh sơn ở đuôi súng.
  Located on the side or above the fluid knob at the rear.
• Chức năng / Function: Điều chỉnh độ xòe rộng (hình elip) hoặc chụm tròn của vệt sơn.
  Adjusts the fan pattern size between wide (ellipse) and narrow (round).
• Điều chỉnh hướng vệt sơn / Adjusting Pattern Direction (Air Cap):
  • Tai sừng nằm ngang / Horizontal horns: Vệt sơn ra dạng vệt đứng / Vertical pattern (dùng khi di chuyển súng từ trái sang phải / for horizontal passes).
  • Tai sừng nằm dọc / Vertical horns: Vệt sơn ra dạng vệt ngang / Horizontal pattern (dùng khi di chuyển súng từ trên xuống dưới / for vertical passes).

5. Kỹ Thuật Thao Tác Phun Cơ Bản / Basic Spraying Technique

• Khoảng cách / Spray Distance: Giữ súng cách bề mặt 15 – 20 cm (Maintain 15 – 20 cm from the surface).
• Góc phun / Spray Angle: Luôn giữ súng vuông góc (90°) với bề mặt (Always keep the gun perpendicular (90°) to the surface).
• Tốc độ & Chồng mí / Speed & Overlap: Di chuyển đều tay, lớp sơn sau đè lên lớp trước 30% – 50% (Move smoothly, overlapping each pass by 30% – 50%).
